Step into a realm of deep presence and rejuvenation with the Slow Sundays Hammock Sound Bath experience. Set in a serene sensory environment, you will be gently cradled in a supportive, cozy cotton hammock. The session will begin with a somatic progressive relaxation exercise, followed by a journey through sound, featuring a variety of live instruments such as singing bowls, drums, a gong and shakers. Their vibrations have the power to resonate through the body, releasing tension and promoting deep healing. After the sound bath, you'll have a few moments to gently awaken with grounding frequencies and optional aromas. This unique experience can harmonize the body, mind and spirit, offering the potential for a profound sense of peace and tranquility.

I am the guide, you are your healer. When you are relieved of the stress and responsibilities of your day-to-day life, even for a short while, your body's natural healing abilities have the space to be activated.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF A HAMMOCK SOUND BATH

• Deep Relaxation: The gentle rocking of the hammock combined with intentional sound frequencies can lull your body into a deeply relaxed state, helping to relieve stress and anxiety.

• Enhanced Circulation: Being suspended in the air allows for optimal blood flow and circulation, promoting physical well-being.

• Pain Alleviation: The weightlessness of the hammock may reduce pressure on the joints and muscles, providing relief from chronic pain or tension.

• Emotional Liberation: The sound vibrations may help release emotional blockages, fostering a sense of emotional balance and clarity.

• Sleep Reimagined: Many participants report improved sleep patterns after a hammock sound bath, as the experience helps reset the nervous system and promotes a state of calm.

• Spiritual Connection: The combination of sound healing and gentle swaying can facilitate a deeper connection with your inner self, enhancing your spiritual practice.
