Slow Sunday — Books + Park Edition (Audrey’s + O-day’min)

A relaxed, offline gathering designed to help you slow down, unplug, and spend a couple of intentional hours in good company.

We’ll begin at Audrey’s Books (feel free to bring a book or pick one up), then take a short walk to O-day’min Park where we’ll settle in for a quiet hour followed by optional connection time.

No phones. No pressure. Just presence.

Saturday, April 26 · 2:00 PM (approx. 2 hours)

Meet outside Audrey’s Books - 10702 Jasper Avenue NW

We’ll walk together to O-day’min Park (less than 5 minutes)

We’ll ease into the afternoon with two simple phases:

First Hour — Quiet Time
Bring something to do on your own:

• Read
• Journal
• Draw
• Reflect

Anything analog, no phone use.

Second Hour — Optional Connection
Stay in your own space or:

• Meet someone new
• Have a casual conversation
• Play a board or card game

We’ll have a few games and books available if you need something.

Light snacks and refreshments will also be provided.

• A book, journal, or quiet activity
• An outdoor chair (recommended) or blanket
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• A willingness to unplug

(There is some seating available in the park if you don’t have a chair.)

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the gathering to a nearby indoor space.
All registered guests will receive an update the day of the event.

Limited spots to keep the group intentional and relaxed.
