A playful, no pressure morning away from your screen. This is the first Slow Painting Morning. Come be part of where it begins.
When did you last make something just for the fun of it, with no goal, no deadline, and no one grading the result?
This is a morning to do exactly that.
Slow painting is less about making art and more about the experience of making. You'll work with paint, follow your curiosity, and let the paint do what it wants. There is no instruction on technique, no right way to do it, and nothing to finish. Just color, movement, and a couple of quiet hours away from your screen.
This morning is for you if:
You work from home and your days are starting to blur together.
You've been meaning to "do something creative" but never quite start.
You're curious about mindfulness but sitting still isnt really your thing.
You haven't painted since primary school and that feels like too long.
What to expect:
A relaxed, no-pressure space with good music and good lighting
A small intimate group of people
Food and drinks available to purchase from the cafe
Time to slow down and actully enjoy a morning
No artistic experience needed. Seriously, this is especially great if you don't consider yourself a creative person.
