Step into a grounding yoga flow designed for all levels — whether you’re brand new or refining your practice.
This session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.

Expect a warm, welcoming studio environment where you can move at your own pace and build strength through slow, controlled transitions.

A calming reset for the body and mind.

When you arrive, call 0161 333 1653 and a member of our team will welcome you at the door and guide you to the Yoga Suite upstairs.
