Slow Flow Yoga and Acupuncture

A yoga and acupuncture workshop combines gentle yoga, often restorative or yin, with acupuncture to promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. These events are designed to be complementary, using acupuncture to support a meditative and passive yoga practice, and are suitable for all experience levels.
