Slow Flow Sunday: Wellness Pop-Up at Western Market

Join us for a playful, grounding morning of slow flow yoga, yin, guided meditation, and journaling on the Western Market outdoor patio.

This 90-minute experience is designed to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself and with community.

We’ll begin with a slow, accessible Hatha flow to warm the body, transition into restorative yin postures, and close with a guided meditation and journaling reflection.

Expect:
• Gentle movement
• Nervous system reset
• Outdoor sunshine (weather permitting)
• A welcoming, social atmosphere

This class is open to all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience needed.

Come solo or bring a friend.
