A calm, candlelit space to move, breathe and slow things down.
Join us in Hammersmith for a relaxed, community-led practice designed to help you ease into your body, steady your breath and take a moment for yourself.
We’ll move through a slow, accessible Yoga flow to release tension and create space in the body. The practice then transitions into guided breathwork to support the nervous system, before closing with a short meditation.
Soft lighting and candlelight create a warm, grounded atmosphere, inviting the body and mind to settle more easily.
There’s no pressure to perform or keep up.
You’re invited to move at your own pace and take what you need.
Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, you’re welcome.
What the session includes
🧘 Yoga Flow
A gentle, accessible flow of movement to release tension, build warmth and create space in the body.
The focus is on ease rather than intensity, allowing the body to move in a way that feels supportive and natural.
🌬️ Breathwork
Simple, guided breathing practices to help regulate the nervous system, steady the mind and deepen awareness.
🧘🏽♀️ Meditation
A short, grounding meditation to close the session, offering time to rest, reflect and settle.
After the practice
We will close the afternoon gently with tea, giving everyone time to land slowly, connect, and enjoy a moment of quiet community together.
This session forms part of our monthly Fiery Reset, a Sunday afternoon designed as a soft landing at the end of the week. A space to slow down, reconnect and be held in community.
We begin with Slow Flow, a grounding Yoga, breathwork and meditation practice to settle the body and steady the mind. This is followed by Rhythmic Release, a belly dance session inviting expression, rhythm and release through the hips and spine.
Each session can be experienced on its own, or together as a gentle, complementary journey.

About your facilitator
, founder of Fiery Hearts is a movement and wellbeing practitioner who weaves strength, rhythm, and deep connection into everything she shares. With her intuitive and welcoming approach, her gong baths provide a safe space for deep reflection, relaxation, and personal growth.
Scent Awareness
As part of the atmosphere, we may gently introduce natural scents through incense or diffused essential oils. If scent is something you’re sensitive to, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily make adjustments.
