SLOW FLOORWORK WITH GUSHY
MAY 5, 12, 19 FROM 9-10PM
Dancing and getting sexy completely on the floor to slower seductive music. We’ll move like honey as we focusing on sensuality, seduction and transitions. In class we will stretch and learn floorwork choreography, different song every week listed in the class title.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME- alternative trick moves will be given for however your body is feeling that day.
Kneepads recommended
Wear Pleasers for clacking or any heels or socks
Heels caps MUST be worn by all those wearing heels. If you do not already own a pair of heel caps, the studio has multiple sizes for sale at the front desk for $5/pair+HST.
Please arrive at the studio early, Class will start right at 9pm and will need to end class right at 10pm.
