Join me for a 90-minute Sunday Reset experience designed to help you slow down, release the week behind you, and gently prepare your mind and body for the week ahead.
We’ll begin with a slow, intentional vinyasa flow, moving with the breath and holding poses just long enough to feel, soften, and reconnect. This isn’t about rushing or pushing, it’s about honoring your body, grounding your energy, and creating space within.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing tones and vibrations will support your nervous system, calm your mind, and bring you into a state of deep rest.
This experience is perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or simply craving a slower, more mindful practice.
