This hike can be completed as a stand alone, but it also forms part of our 7 πππ«ππ£π¨ ππͺπ’π’ππ© πππ§πππ¨

Also an excellent training hike for anyone completing the Mourne 7 Sevens or Mourne Wall One day challenges.
On Sun April 12, 2026, we will gather at Happy Valley Carpark, to begin our EPIC journey taking in 3 of the Mournes 7 Seven's Mountains. We will begin by following the Mourne Way to the Trassey Track to commence our approach to our first summit in this 3 Peak Challenge.. Slieve Bearnagh.
After taking in the breathtaking views that Bearnagh summit is famous for, we will head on to the summit the 2 sisters commonly known as 'The Meels'.
Meelmore and Meelbeg will finish off this trio of peaks and we can enjoy a nice gradual decent down off the shoulder of Meelbeg to the carpark.
You will enjoy the day in the company of like minded hikers, taking in the views together that each one of these mountains has to offer.. each one an individual.

Level: Moderate/advanced

Unfortunately we cannot offer our Wold Gourmet lunch on this one as we have a hike on the previous evening.
CAN I GO ON MY OWN?
Of course, there are lots of people that join our events on their own, it wonβt be long until you are making new mountain mates!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO WEAR:
π₯Ύ Waterproof walking boots
π Walking trousers or leggings (no jeans/cotton)
π§₯ Insulating layers such as fleece or wool and a jacket

𧀠Hat and 2 x gloves

π Bivvy Bag: optional but adviseable (these will be available to purchase before the hike)
Are you ready for an adventure? You will get a guided hike with qualified and experienced mountain leaders who are outdoor first aid trained and will be carrying first aid and emergency equipment for your safety.

πΎ DOG FRIENDLY : this is a dog friendly hike . We have a strict on-lead policy. Please ensure you and your dog have experience of hiking on this type of terrain on-lead and that your dog is fit for the hike πΎ

All of our hikes take time, care, and preparation to bring together β from planning routes to sourcing whatβs needed to make the experience possible. When you book a place, we also plan the number of guides to participants around those bookings. To keep things fair and sustainable for everyone, please take note of our cancellation policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE an event for any reason, you will have the option of:
1. Completing your activity on a rescheduled date
2. Receive a full refund.
IF YOU CANCEL
If you notify us with over 14 days notice of the event start date credit will be given that you can use against other events. Within 14 days notice of an event there is no credit given and we do not offer exchanges/transfer of your ticket onto another event.
RESCHEDULED EVENT
If an event is rescheduled and you agree to the new date, your booking is transferred to the new event and this cancellation policy will apply to the rescheduled date.
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the events we provide and the environments these take place in, hikes will not be cancelled simply because of bad weather. However they will be cancelled by us if bad weather deems the event dangerous or unsuitable In this instance we will get in touch to notify you.
Hikes are subject to minimum group numbers being reached. In the event that this does not happen, you will be notified and offered a full refund, or the opportunity to be transferred onto a different event Or a credit held.
