Sleep Well, Be Well - Wellness Workshop at the Nashua YIf sleep has felt out of reach, you are not alone. Join us for a supportive and practical workshop designed to help you improve your sleep and overall wellbeing.
Led by Shannon Seiferth of Simply Well, this session will focus on realistic tools to help you fall asleep easier, stay asleep longer, and calm a busy mind. Participants will leave with simple, usable strategies to improve rest right away.
