As part of our “Waiting Well Wednesdays” programme, Tonya from the PCF team will be showing a webinar by sleep specialist Hunrosa. Hunrosa is a leading provider of sleep services to the NHS, Local Authorities and other organisations. Their mission is to improve mental well-being through sleep and their approach has been seen to have lasting impact, with more than half of their clients requiring no further treatment from mental health services after their intervention.After the webinar Tonya will be running a calm crafting activity for members to enjoy creating something nice while chatting and connecting with others. Absolutely no prior creative or crafting skills are needed and you don't have to stay for this part of the session if crafting isn't your thing!
The session will run from 11am – 1pm and as spaces are limited, please book in advance by emailing [email protected].
