About this Event
Sleep affects how we think, feel, work, and relate, yet very few of us are ever shown how to sleep well in a way that truly supports our nervous system.
This in-person workshop offers a calm, thoughtful space to explore sleep from the inside out. Rather than focusing on tips, hacks, or rigid routines, the session centres on understanding how the body moves into rest and experiencing practices that help that process unfold more naturally.
Led by sleep specialist and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, , the workshop blends gentle sleep education with guided, evidence-informed practices drawn from mindfulness, CBT, and hypnotherapy. A short, accessible educational section will help demystify sleep and common patterns of insomnia, while most of the time is devoted to experiential exercises you can feel, reflect on, and return to at home.
The focus throughout is on nervous system regulation and learning through experience. You will be guided through practices that support relaxation, reduce nighttime alertness, and help the body transition more easily into sleep.
