Youth Spring Flag Football – Fun, Safe & Active! 🏈

Our Spring Flag Football program is the perfect way for young athletes to stay active, build confidence, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. Played once per week from April 7 to June 16, this non-contact format focuses on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game. Ages 5-18.

Flag football promotes cardiovascular fitness, agility, coordination, and overall physical health while helping players develop important social skills like communication, leadership, and sportsmanship. Because it’s a non-contact version of football, players can learn the fundamentals of the game in a safe setting that emphasizes movement, strategy, and fun over physical collisions.

Each session includes skill-based drills, small-sided games, and plenty of opportunities for every participant to get involved. Whether your child is new to football or already loves the sport, this program offers a positive, energetic space to grow, make friends, and enjoy the game.
