With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing.
