- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- One £10 Ticket can be redeemed per attendee, per transaction.
- Customised and Engraved Products cannot be returned.
- Appointment Packages (aka Courses) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Appointment Packages cannot be purchased with Gift Cards, Account Credit, or any other payment method other that Cash or Card.
- Complimentary Appointments are only free of charge if an Appointment Package is purchased per complimentary appointment you've had.
- Complimentary Appointments are subject to our usual cancellation policy. If you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the usual full price for the appointment.
- Offers and discounts cannot be combined.
