How can you know and show that your programmes are achieving their intended outcomes?

Join us at this interactive online workshop over two half-days (15 & 22 January 2025, 9:30am-12:30pm), to:

Expand your repertoire of evaluation tools and approaches, and choose the ones that work best for your programmes

Develop or refine your framework for assessing the effectiveness of your work

Learn skills for having crucial team conversations about measuring your outcomes

You’ll come away equipped to identify, and demonstrate, the impact that your organisation’s activities are having on the people that you serve.

Format

The workshop will take place over two half-days on Zoom. We will send out the Zoom link and joining instructions before the session.

Drawing on Resurgo’s expertise in group facilitations, it will take a highly engaging approach to content delivery, with multiple opportunities for practical application. You will get more out of the workshop if you come with a specific real-life context that you can apply your newfound learning to.
