About this Event
In a world that feels fast, heavy, and overwhelming, your sketchbook can become a private space for experimentation, reflection, and honest expression. This workshop invites you to slow down and rediscover drawing and mark-making as a grounding, intuitive practice.
Whether you’re a working artist, creative professional, or someone who hasn’t picked up a pencil in years, this experience is about process over perfection.

- Letting go of perfectionism and performance in your art practice
- Mark-making as a form of emotional processing
- Combining text, collage, drawing, and abstraction
- Prompts that unlock intuition and creative flow
- Building visual language through repetition and experimentation
