Join us for the fourth edition of "Skate & Meditate". This unique experience is crafted to blend the thrill of skateboarding with the calming practices of mindfulness, creating a holistic approach to learning and enjoying the sport.

- Yoga: Engage in a yoga session tailored to enhance flexibility and balance, crucial for skateboarding.
Skateboarding Basics:
- Movement Fundamentals: Understand the essential movements and muscle engagement required for skateboarding.
- Balance Exercises: Practice balance exercises that will prepare you for riding.
On-Board Practice:
- Step-by-Step Guidance: Receive expert instruction on how to get started on a skateboard.
- Riding Practice: Once comfortable, put your new skills to the test and start riding with confidence.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to enhance your skills, "Skate & Meditate" offers a supportive and mindful environment to learn and grow. Come with an open mind and leave with a newfound sense of balance, both on and off the board.
