Ian Fong is a dynamic entrepreneur and innovator with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University. After six years in the food and beverage industry, he founded CUFFS, a custom clothing store that redefined Hong Kong tailoring. He then launched Brazen Studio, designing stone keyboards. We’re excited to have Ian with us for the Wagyu Steak Masterclass, where he'll share his unique insights and passion for culinary excellence.
