WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
The workshop is an overview of the statutory authority of local governments to review site plans. It will address the scope and content of a site plan and the role of a site plan in municipal review od development projects. A discussion of design and the reasons some approaches might be preferable to others is included in the session.
The session will also review the coordination of the site plan review with special use permits for communities that incorportate both types of reviews.
There will be ample time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.
If approved by your municipality, this workshop can provide 2 hours of training to meet the NYS Municipality Training requirement.
