As featured in the recent ABC iView and ABC TV’s “Strong Women” documentary, Sisters in Strength is a community initiative founded by Strongwoman Athletes Kerryn Taylor and Mariko Whyte, two very passionate strong women who share the dream of empowering women of all ages to find inner strength and confidence and envision a community of women who lift each other up!
The initiative is aimed at inspiring and empowering women through our love of strength sports. It begins with a mini screening of the documentary which is then followed by a physical workshop that introduces you to FOUR of the fundamental Strongwoman lifts demonstrated by some of the strongest Athletes in Australia.
Then we have lunch and go into a Mindset Workshop which is presented by Kerryn and Mariko who both share a bit about themselves, their lives and their journey into strongwoman and how it has helped them through the good times and the bad.
You will also hear from our Guest Speakers before doing a Group Mindset Activity and Meditation.
Tickets include a Sisters in Strength T-Shirt, Notebook, Sugar Cookie, Lunch, Coffee, Supplements & a day filled with fun!
