After the huge success of our first event of the elevation series.

We are back with a NEW location encouraging women to make 'one day', today.

This isn’t just a walk
It’s blooming into the new season
A reset, reflect, recharge, leaving winter behind

Expect fresh air, meaningful conversations, reflection, gentle challenge, and the kind of connection that only happens when women come together with a shared purpose

We’ll gather with hot tea, hike 7k on way, pause for a powerful Sisterhood circle, and return feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded for the year ahead

Whether you come alone or bring a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive, inspiring community

Info: Arrive in the car park between 8-8.15am: National Trust Birling Gap car park, Beachy Head Rd, Eastbourne, BN20 0AB. You will need £8 per car for parking

Info: Social, steady-paced walk, relaxed one way 7km

Info: An intentional circle time led by Lauren. Expect discussions, openness, a moment of reflection, affirmation cards, snacks and a moment to pause and take in the views and sea air

Info: Our final moment together is a grounding breathwork + movement practice with Claire Banham helping you bloom into the new season
