In the season of love, there is nothing more beautiful than the blossoming of a new community. I invite you to join me in the serene, riverside gardens of Plant the Future for a morning dedicated to heart-centered connection—with yourself and with the wonderful women around you.
In this spacious, sun-filled sanctuary, we will gather to breathe, reflect, and celebrate the shared journey of womanhood.
The Flow of Our Heart-Centered Ceremony:
- Planting the Seeds: We will begin our morning with a gentle Journaling & Intention Setting session. Together, we’ll put pen to paper to whisper our dreams and desires for the cycle ahead.
- A Bath of Love & Sound: With those intentions fresh in our hearts, we will transition into a Transformative Sound Bath. As the river breeze drifts through the garden, let the vibrational tones wash over you like a warm embrace, allowing your intentions to take root in deep stillness.
- Sweet Communion: We will conclude our reset by nourishing our bodies and spirits with highest-quality teas, matcha, and pastries in the café sanctuary. It’s a beautiful time to share a smile and a story with a new friend.

What to Bring: Please bring a journal and a pen for your heart’s whispers, a yoga mat to rest upon, and anything else to make you feel cozy (a pillow, a light throw, or a favorite crystal).
