About this Event
Align & Reset is a thoughtfully curated session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and realign with the direction you’re moving in.
The experience begins with gentle movement and light core strength, led by Coach Ana, FS8 Pilates coach, allowing you to release tension, open up the body, and settle into a grounded state.
From there, Laurie will guide you through a short visualisation, inviting you to connect with your future self and the life you’re intentionally creating.
You’ll then move into guided journaling, giving you space to reflect, capture insights, and leave feeling clear and reset.
We’ll finish together over tea, light refreshments and a special gift allowing the experience to land and conversations to unfold naturally.
This session is ultimately about alignment, clarity, and giving yourself the space to reset.
