SISTER GHOST return to the Wee Red Bar to celebrate the release of the brand new spectral grunge-pop EP Oracle 🔥, in collaboration with Girls Rock School Edinburgh!
After touring arenas with Snow Patrol and winning Best Live Act at the NI Music Prize, Sister Ghost is bringing their signature spectral grunge-pop sound blending 90s alt-rock with modern art-punk. This show will be the first live performance of tracks from the new Oracle EP alongside favs from the recent debut album Beyond The Water. Band leader Shannon has a long history with The Wee Red, and has played several high-energy sets there with Girls Rock School Edinburgh and Queer As Punk. Shannon will be Joined by Scottish bandmates Alice Black (Girls Rock Glasgow / Venus In The Lake) on bass and Nora Noonan on drums. Expect a of femme/nb-led loud guitar bands, and DIY spirit! Who said Sunday nights had to be quiet?!!
