Sis Walks & Talks Presents: Yoga on the Pier
Sis Walks & Talks is a community-centered experience designed for women to connect, reflect, and grow together — physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s more than just a walk; it’s a safe space for meaningful conversations, sisterhood, and self-care in nature.
Join us Sunday, April 26 from 3 PM – 5 PM for Yoga on the Pier, a beautiful waterfront experience where we’ll move our bodies, connect with nature, and share space with other women in the community.
We’ll begin our time together with a refreshing 1-mile walk, allowing everyone to settle in, enjoy the scenery, and gently move our bodies. After the walk, we’ll gather on the pier for 30 minutes of gentle yoga and stretching led by Arlinda, followed by guided journaling and a sister circle conversation where women can reflect, share, and connect in a supportive environment.
