We’ll begin with a Classical Pilates-inspired mat class focused on strength, alignment, breath, and presence, followed by restorative wellness experiences designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect.

Hosted by Gina Soberanis, a San Francisco-native Classical Pilates instructor passionate about creating beautiful spaces where movement, wellness, and community come together.

Gina teaches from the Classical Pilates method with a focus on precision, alignment, and helping women feel at home in their bodies by unearthing their inner athlete. Her approach blends high-quality movement with an elevated, welcoming atmosphere that feels both grounding and inspiring.

Siren & Serenity was created as an extension of that philosophy — a space for women in San Francisco to slow down, connect, move powerfully and intentionally, and experience wellness in a way that feels luxurious, restorative, and deeply human.
