Phuong Maxy is a storyteller and the founder of Ngonista, a platform dedicated to sharing stories and experiences around wine, food, and gastronomy in Vietnam.
She has over a decade of experience in the wine industry and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Wine & Spirits 2025, where she also received the Writer of the Year Award.
Through this experience, Phuong will guide the evening and create a warm and engaging environment for guests to discover wine in a meaningful and approachable way.

Ezio Rosa is an Italian wine professional and the Sales Director of Ideal Wine Company Vietnam, a distributor specializing in carefully curated premium Italian wines.
Known for his engaging communication style and deep knowledge of Italian wines, Ezio will bring guests into the world of Italian wine culture and traditions, sharing stories, insights, and perspectives through a carefully selected wine lineup.

During the evening, guests will explore:
• The differences between sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines
• Italian wine culture and traditions
• How different wines are produced and what makes them unique
• Introduction to key grape varieties
• How to choose wine with confidence for different occasions
• Food pairing principles that enhance both the wine and the dish

Each wine will be paired with food to demonstrate how the right combination elevates the overall experience.

Guests will experience four styles of wine:
