Join us at Downshift Brewing Co's Riverside location for beer and yoga with Ruidoso local, Gillian Baudo! Your ticket includes one hour yoga class and one beer, glass of wine, classic cocktail, or N/A beverage option. All levels are encouraged to join, limited number of tickets available, grab yours now!
Over the past 10 years, Gillian has been teaching workshops, group and private classes, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and Continuing Education for teachers. She received her Advanced Teacher Certification from Jason Crandall, is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and continues a focused education in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Yoga Philosophy, and Asana studies. Her teaching has been compared to a blend of Kathryn Budig and Jason Crandall, with some Ana Forrest and Iyengar thrown in.
She seeks to create physical and mental confidence in her students through a bio-mechanical, anatomy-based approach to yoga. Merging breath-focused movement with alignment-based instruction, she teaches classes that can heal the body and mind. Gillian empowers her students to take these lessons off their mats and into their daily lives for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
