From shy 23-year-old to President of Flight Centre USA to now creating frameworks like the Courage Index™, Curiosity Quotient™, and the “I Don’t Want To BUT” Journal, Vicki blends behavioural economics, neuroscience, and lived grit to wake women up.

Her mission: to help women stop running on autopilot and start living with curiosity, excitement, courage, and conviction.
