Sip & Share: Unlearning Habits
Join us for a morning of connection, clarity, and stories that matter. Sip & Share is more than just a gathering - it’s a space to pause, reflect, and learn from the experiences we don’t always talk about.
This month, we’re exploring the theme: “What habits are you currently unlearning?” We’re inviting members of our community to share their personal journeys - from small daily shifts to big life lessons. If you’d like to share your story, email with the subject line October Sip & Share and a short synopsis of your experience. Selected storytellers will also receive free access to one of our coaching workshops - the Clarity Compass or the Art of Prioritisation.
Alongside community stories, you’ll take part in a mini coaching workshop, guided by Lyn, our Progress Coach. Using the Clarity Compass, you’ll uncover fresh perspectives, gain simple tools to refocus, and leave with actionable steps you can apply straight away.
Every guest receives a thoughtful goodie bag to fuel body and mind, plus a drink on the house.
