The Sioux Falls Storm host the Green Bay Blizzard for Operation Hope & Caring Night, presented by Levo Credit Union.It will also be Star Wars night, with Storm Players wearing specially designed Star Wars jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game.
Proceeds from this auction will go to Operation Hope & Caring.
Each dollar provides for more of a well-rounded school experience for local elementary and middle school students who can't generally afford certain opportunities.
Kids can experience field trips which provide invaluable opportunities to learn proper social behavior and expand their vocabulary in ways that may not be possible otherwise.
Additionally, this program enables children to access warm, clean clothing and receive lice kits when necessary. Many schools have been able to purchase washers and dryers which have aided in specific needs.
50% of the net proceeds from this Storm football game will be donated to Operation Hope & Caring.
