Hey 40 & UP! Back by popular demand — another Age Specific event! :)
We’re heading back to Mad Oak in Oakland for another big, lively Singles Mingle party!
Event Details:
- When: Saturday, April 11th from 6 PM – 9 PM
- Where: 135 12th St, Oakland (Upstairs Balcony)
- Entry: $10 (Pay via Eventbrite or Venmo @Adeline-Farrer or at the door via Zelle, Venmo or CASH)
We’ll have the entire upstairs balcony to ourselves — complete with heaters, a private bar, delicious food available to order, light background music, and of course, our signature icebreaker game.
The 411:
- Check-in: Arrive between 6 PM – 9 PM. Take the stairs near the main entrance. You’ll find me or my co-host at the top of the stairs ready to greet you with a wristband and your icebreaker.
- ID Requirement: Bring a PHYSICAL ID/Passport. This venue scans barcodes, so it is required to attend.
- Parking: Street parking is available, plus two nearby garages: Alco Parking Garage and Douglas Parking.
- Age Info: This event is for ages 40 and up, but if you’re between 35 and 39, you’re absolutely welcome to join!
- Refunds: Tickets are fully refundable anytime before the event starts. Just message me directly.
Your Venmo or Eventbrite receipt is your ticket—please have it ready at check-in. 🎈✨

Be sure to locate the host upon arrival to present your ticket and receive a wristband and an icebreaker game! I'll be right at the top of the stairs, impossible to miss me!
Check-in information: Arrive between 6pm-9pm. Locate the host. Receive wristband and icebreaker game. Mingle :)
After 9pm, the festivities will continue but the wristbands will be no longer be available. Wristbands allow other members to identify you as a fellow party member.
