1. No refunds or ticket transfers to future events.
2. Tickets are non-transferable to another person.
3. Must be 18+ to attend; this includes chaperons/mehrams with babies.
4. No entry for men seeking multiple wives; must not be currently married unless attending as a Mehram.
5. Open to Muslims with British, EU, US, or Canadian passports only. IDs will be checked.
6. Arrive 30 minutes before the event start time. Late arrivals will be strictly refused entry.
7. No refunds for COVID-19 positive cases; discretionary ticket forwarding available with advanced notice.
8. Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Inappropriate conduct will result in ejection from the event.
9. Personal information exchange is at your discretion. We recommend starting with email addresses once we have matched you.
10. No photography or videography allowed at the event or venue. This includes Canary Wharf Estate.
11. We cannot guarantee event fullness or equal gender ratios. Efforts will be made to balance numbers for the best experience.
12. Full refunds provided only if the event is cancelled.
