Singing Workshop - Haydn's Nelson Mass

Join City Chorus in a joyful day of music-making, exploring Haydn's Nelson Mass, one of the best-loved choral works from the classical era. The day will conclude with an informal run-through of the work.

Scores will be provided and the day will be led by conductor Paul Ayres, accompanied by Philip Shannon on piano.

City Chorus is a welcoming, non-auditioning choir - all singers are invited.

£25 for non members, refundable from your subscription should you join the choir.

We will be performing Haydn’s Nelson Mass, along with music by Handel and Brahms, with orchestra at our spring concert at St Andrew’s on Friday 27 March 2026.
