Sing for Peace is a large community gathering where we come together across backgrounds, beliefs and experience levels to raise our voices in harmony. This is not a performance. It is a shared expression of peace, presence and possibility.

As the sun lowers over London Fields, we breathe, sound and sing as one body, creating a wave of music that moves through the park and beyond.

All levels welcome. All voices welcome. All hearts welcome. Let's make this big and gather as many people as we can to send the sounds of peace through hackney!

We ground together with simple, powerful breathing to arrive fully in the body, settle the nervous system and connect as a collective field.

We open the space with freeform vocal expression. Whether you feel joy, grief, gratitude, fire or softness, everything belongs. The sound of the group becomes a living tapestry.

We move into simple, accessible chants and uplifting songs from different traditions and cultures, woven with original melodies and spontaneous harmonies.

No experience is needed. This is about expression, connection and joy, not performance.

Expect waves of stillness, moments of power. and hopefully shared euphoria as dozens of voices merge into one!

At moments we may gather closer in circle. At others the sound may ripple outward into the open air. This is a participatory experience. You are part of the music.

This event takes place outdoors in London Fields and is open to the public. We will confirm the exact meeting spot nearer the time, but you won't miss us! We will be singing in a shared public space, which means passersby may stop, listen or even join.

Part of the beauty of this gathering is its openness. We are not hidden away. We are offering something visible and alive in the heart of the city.

Please come with respect for the park, for other park users and for the local community. We will keep the space clean, grounded and welcoming.
