are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and a sacred sound concert. “They are deeply-immersive, full-body listening experiences that intentionally use sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.”

The experience begins by lying down (think Savasana), often with a blanket and an eye pillow. After a few moments of breathing and balancing with tuning forks and Himalayan Bowls, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies introduced therapeutically in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, harmonium, crystal singing bowl, chimes, rainsticks, rattles, shakers and the human voice.

The possible benefits of a sound bath include:

  • Immediate reduction in anxiety and stress
  • Muscle Relaxation & Repair
