Simply strength is an interval training class, challenging the muscles and training the mind to embrace what it takes to reach the next level in your fitness journey.
Simply Strength is a focused strength and conditioning class built around controlled, repetitive movements using light to medium hand weights. This class emphasizes muscular endurance, proper form, and steady strength development without the cardio component. Expect a intentional pace that allows you to build strength, improve stability, and leave feeling strongerβnot exhausted. Perfect for all fitness levels. πͺ
