A two mile charity run around the Silver Lake Reservoirs with a free kid's 100m dash.Coffee, donuts, vibes, awards and prizes
WHAT: A two mile race around the famous Silver Lake Reservoirs, free refreshments, free kid's 100m dash, post-race awards, medals for all finishers, and more prizes for all runners in The Meadow.
Race Entry ($25 early / $35 after April 1): You'll get our commemorative baseball tee with artwork by Jay Shels, that dope finisher medal, gifts from ASICS!!
WHEN: Saturday, April 19th, 2025. 9 am race start
WHERE: Meet at the Silver Lake Meadow: 2291 Silver Lake Blvd, LA CA 90026
WHY: This community gathering is a low-key, high-vibes fundraiser. We donate 50% of the proceeds to the Silver Lake Reservoirs Conservancy and the other 50% to the SLTC 501c3, which focuses on getting new running shoes for marginalized youth running programs. We also want people of all ages and abilities to enjoy our beautiful reservoirs and surrounding land. So whether you register to run (or walk, or stroll, or roll) or not at all, please join us on the day.
BRING OLD RUNNING SHOES: We're partnered with Sneaker Impact to collect used running shoes that will help reduce waste and contribute to global health.
PRIZE CATEGORIES: Top 3 for Open Men's, Open Women's, Masters Men, Masters Women
SUPPORTED BY: ASICS + a dope roll call of local business that will make you go 👀
BIB PICK UP Thursday 4/17 and Friday 4/18 (both days time and location TBD but it will be in Silver Lake) and on-site Saturday 4/`19 (until 7am - 8:30am only)
ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT: Silver Lake Reservoirs Conservancy + Silver Lake Track Club 501c3

7:00 am-8:30 am bib pick up, free coffee + doughnuts
8:50am group photo - runners and spectators
8:55 am race line up (wave 1,wave 2, and wave 3)
9:00 am SHARP race (medals for all finishers)
9:45 am kid's 100m dash
10:00 am awards and more! Stay until the end!
