What to Expect on the day
Experience a half day silent retreat of meditation and reflection. Guided by an experienced meditation Teacher, in the peace meditation room of the Kadampa Meditation Center DC.
The morning will consist of three, thirty minute guided breathing meditations to enjoy quiet reflection, letting your mind go deeper into an experience of meaning and peace. The last 15 minutes of the retreat will be an optional discussion and question and answer session to help you consolidate what you would like to bring with you from the retreat into your daily life. Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.
