Grab a partner and come ready to test your GAINZ! This is a partnered showdown featuring (3) workouts + (1) WILDCARD inspired event to test your strength, endurance and teamwork.

Winners will be taking home CA$H prizes, bragging rights, and an unforgettable experience at The LAB DC. Winners will be chosen in each division. No mixed teams.

• 1st place team takes home $300
• 2nd place team takes home $150
• 3rd place team wins a FREE session at SWTHZ

Spectators welcomed! There will be vendors on deck and plenty of space to cheer.
