At STS field Day, we invite you to participate in an exciting array of activities to uplift mind and body. The event promises something for everyone, from competitive games like relays, tug of war, and water challenges to mindfulness practices and creative expression activities. We aim to create a welcoming environment where youth, adults, and families can connect, share their experiences, and gain valuable insights into the importance of mental well-being.

Highlights of the Day:
Exciting Relay Games: Participate in thrilling competitions for a chance to be crowned the Field Day Champion! Teams include up to 15 players. Register a whole team or as an individual and event staff will put you on a team! You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in relay games.
Wellness Booths: Access valuable health resources and educational materials to promote well-being.
Mindful Movement Sessions: Enjoy rejuvenating Yoga and high-energy Zumba sessions to boost your mood and fitness levels.
Lively Entertainment: Dance the day away with our DJ, providing a vibrant soundtrack to keep the energy high.
Art Therapy Station: Unleash your creativity at our art therapy station, where you can create and take home your unique masterpiece.
Kid's Zone: This is a fun-filled area for children that features face painting, games, and a variety of activities to keep them entertained.
