About Sierra Girl Geek Dinner Speakers:
is a Product Manager at Sierra, where she leads the development of memory systems for AI agents. Her work focuses on the technical strategy and user-centric design required to give autonomous agents a long-term, contextual understanding of enterprise users. Before joining Sierra, Linden spent over four years at Google and Verily, leading product for complex healthcare AI and clinical data platforms. Linden holds a degree in Mathematics from Harvard University and is passionate about the intersection of intelligent agents and large-scale data systems.
is an Infrastructure Engineer at Sierra, where she builds the high-scale systems that power autonomous AI agents. A veteran of the Bay Area's most iconic infrastructure teams, Kimberly was previously a Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Slack, led core infrastructure at Quip, and worked on planet-scale production systems at Meta. Kimberly holds degrees from UC San Diego and Maastricht University, and she is currently focused on solving the reliability and latency "bugs" that exist in today's foundation models to turn them into enterprise-grade features.
is an Agent Engineering Lead at Sierra, driving the development of scalable, production-ready AI agents. Beth previously spent nearly five years at Lyft as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager within the Infrastructure organization. Before joining Sierra’s team, she co-founded Probably Something, a platform for digital asset utility. Beth holds degrees from University of Michigan and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
is a Product Manager at Sierra, where she leads the agent building and evaluation platform. Previously, Sachi served as Head of Product at Semgrep and Head of Product at Lightstep (acquired by ServiceNow), and was a Director of Product at ServiceNow. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir. Sachi holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
is a Sales Engineer at Sierra and a global speaker on the intersection of technical sales and AI innovation. With over a decade of experience at HashiCorp, Splunk, and Accenture, Kelly is an expert in enterprise hypergrowth and technical storytelling. She is a member of Women Defining AI and holds a degree from UC Santa Cruz. Kelly is passionate about demystifying complex technologies and building inclusive high-performing teams.
is Head of Sales Engineering at Sierra, where she leads a global team of 20+ experts in building and deploying conversational AI for the world's most iconic brands. As Sierra's founding SE, Kaila has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth following a successful career at Salesforce and Bluewolf. She is a graduate of Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business and is passionate about building high-performing, collaborative technical teams.

Previously a key recruiter for Stripe’s Solutions Architecture team and a founding member of the talent team at Next Insurance, Alice is an expert in technical and executive search for hypergrowth startups. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from San José State University and is a dedicated mentor for early-career professionals in the Bay Area.
is a Recruiter at Sierra and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech ecosystem. Formerly the Head of Talent at Solv. and a Senior Business Recruiter at Square, Alishan has spent her career scaling high-talent-density teams across fintech, healthcare, and AI.
