This is a high intensity hybrid fitness event designed to test power, endurance and mental toughness across multpile cardio disciplines.
Competitors will take on 4 demanding machines
Assault Bike | Rower | Ski erg | Wattbike
Each paerticipant has 15 minutes on each machine to perform maximum effort, aiming to generate as many calories as possible ( 30sec zone to set up next cardio )
Scoring Format
Total calories accumulated across all 4 machines. The athlete with the highest combined calorie count is crowned the winner! Winner gets their entry fee back!
