Showstopper! – The Improvised Musical is pleased to offer a workshop specifically aimed at professional musical theatre performers and graduates. If you learned basic improvisation technique during musical theatre training and are looking to further your emotional connection in acting through song and boldness in musical theatre workshop auditions/ recalls, this course is for you!
Showstopper spontaneously construct musical theatre scenes and songs “so polished it defies belief” (The Telegraph). We’ll teach you to trust your reactive choices and remain present, all the while performing to the maximum of your professional musical theatre ability. Showstopper will develop your freestyle dance, improve your listening, spontaneity and character work and free parts of your voice you never knew you had!
