This workshop is designed to deepen your anatomical knowledge around the shoulder joint in order to avoid compensations and injuries within your asana and inversion practice.Through mobility drills and Functional Range Conditioning concepts and exercises as well as precise flows, you will learn how to build strength and stability around this area, particularly, and the entire group of trunk muscles. The aim will be to delve into inversions and arm balances safely and confidently, and discover how to integrate these powerful postures into your daily practice in the long run.
