We’re spending 3 days together in a private log home — tucked in the trees — where you can just be no pressure. No pretending. Just space to breathe, move, rest, release, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been pushed aside.

• Restorative yoga, breathwork, and grounding movement

• A full fire release ritual under the stars (yes, with s’mores)
