Remembering the Village is a three-day immersive gathering where we return towards the ways of our ancestors, as best we can. Through hands-on learning, sacred practices, and the energy and wisdom we create as a collective, we will explore what was never truly lost, instead stilled and waiting to be awakened.
Things to keep in mind:
This is not a festival. Remembering the Village is an invitation to step into something deeper: a space of learning, reflection, and ancestral remembering.
Since Remembering the Village 2025 many things have unfolded for us all as individuals and as a collective. A beloved member of the RTV collective died in December 2025, and little ones we will be welcoming earth side in 2026. We have many reasons to gather and remember our mortality, to be together in the practice of the here and now.
Stephen Jenkinson, an elder, author and culture maker, states: "Now that the God's have spoken, what shall we do?"
If there is one statement guiding this eyar's gathering, perhaps this is it. We have each been granted this precious life, what will we do with it? What will you do with it?
May we gather to find out...
What to Expect:
Hands-on workshops in homesteading, herbalism, ancestral nutrition, and primitive skills (such as weaving, hide tanning and culture building).
Spaces for breathwork, movement, and sacred ritual
Storytelling, song, and the quiet power of shared wisdom
Time to listen, learn, and integrate in a way that extends beyond this gathering.
We do not promise community—but we recognize that where generosity and shared stories exist, something sacred can emerge.
