About this Event
SHINE After Dark: Overnight Nervous System Immersion
There are states your body cannot access in a two-hour workshop.
This is an invitation to stay.
SHINE After Dark is a small, overnight immersive experience designed to support deep nervous system regulation, integration, and rest—inside a held, intentionally curated environment.
Led by Dr. Rachael, Director of The Sanctuary at SHINE, this experience gives your body the time and space it needs to fully downshift.
This is not a typical retreat.
And it’s not a casual overnight.
It’s a chance to step out of constant stimulation—and into a different state entirely.
What to expect:
• Somatic and nervous system-based practices
• Breathwork and gentle regulation techniques
• Restorative, low-input experiences
• Group co-regulation in a small, high-touch setting
As the night unfolds, the structure softens—allowing your system to move naturally into rest and overnight integration.
You’ll sleep in a shared, intentionally designed space on SHINE’s signature yoga beds—creating a grounded and supportive group environment.
Saturday morning includes a gentle re-entry, so you leave feeling clear, regulated, and reset.
Who this is for:
• You feel the effects of stress or constant stimulation
• You’re ready for a deeper level of support
• You value intimate, high-quality experiences
• You’re comfortable in a shared overnight setting
What’s included:
• Overnight immersive experience
